K-Kids - Mrs. Lisa Huninghake and Mrs. Jamie Egan

K-Kids is a community service organization for 5th graders sponsored by the local St. Anthony Kiwanis Club. Two faculty advisors work with the students along with a Kiwanis member to provide the children with an opportunity to work together to give service to their school and community, develop pride in their ability to contribute, learn about the operation of a volunteer organization and develop leadership skills. Wilshire Park K-Kids meet twice a month before school.

Triple C (Computer Composers Club)

Mrs. Smyth, our music teacher, identifies fifth graders with musical and leadership skills. The group meets weekly before school to learn computer software for composing songs. They write their own songs and help teach all the fifth graders to use the program. Triple C also writes the music newsletter on the computers.

Chamber Singers

Interested fifth graders audition for this performing group. Students meet weekly during lunch recess to prepare for performances in the community and other special events.
