Alternative Learning Program
The ALP (Alternative Learning Program) is a State approved program providing credit recovery opportunities for students, who have failed a class in math, English, science, or social studies. This program is open to residents of the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District and all students enrolled in St. Anthony Village High School. Teachers help students fill in the gaps in their learning in addition to giving them the academic skills to move sequentially forward in that department's classes. Students need 87 hours to earn one semester credit. This program is available in the summer in addition to after school during the school year. Contact the HS Principal at 612-706-1101 or Academic Dean at 612-706-1036 if you are interested in getting additional information.
