ACT and SAT tests are typically given in September, October, December, February, April and June. If you are signed up to take one or the other, double-check your test site and date to make sure they fit your schedule.

PRACTICE ACT/SAT: St. Anthony Village High School has provided you with free access to a ACT/SAT practice tests through the Minnesota Career Information System (MNCIS). Their website is http://mncis.intocareers.org. Please stop by the guidance office to receive the user name and password to access the tests.
Features of the tests include:
- The tests deliver most question types necessary to create a test-like practice session.
- Every question has detailed answer explanations.
- The feedback includes number of questions omitted, answered correctly, answered incorrectly and percent correct.
- The practice tests use the same timing constraints as the official tests to help students develop a sense of pacing.
- You can return to partially completed tests where they left off.
- The SAT essays are self scored. The system provides an essay prompt and sample high and low scoring essays with advice on scoring.
- You can review all questions with complete explanations.
- The system provides instructional content via vocabulary flashcards. It also includes a testing overview, including general exam information, tips, and strategies to boost performance on test day.
- You can take each test three times.
