General Information Information regarding who does what in Patriots, a parents volunteer form, and some pointers for parents.	Trip Permission Form Required for all those planning to go on the trip to St. Louis. Due by April 2nd.	Absence Request Form Required for all students. Please fill out and turn in even if you plan to attend all rehearsals and parades. Due by March 19th.
Rules and Regulations Rules regarding rehearsals, parades, and the trip to St. Louis.	Medical Form Required for all students.
