Upcoming Nourish282 donation collection
Nourish 282 is accepting donations the first Wednesday of each month starting on March 1 from 4:30-6pm at Faith United Methodist Church (2708 33rd Ave NE, St Anthony).
Food is distributed to families the second Thursday of each month, and are emailed ahead of time so they can request specific household items and request a bag of food. They also have the option to have their gift cards and items delivered to them during this same time. Nourish 282 also offers a weekly meal delivery service thanks to partnerships with a few local chefs.
Donation needs and process
Nourish 282 is in need of non-perishable food and household items. Some of our most needed items include: pasta sauce, canned fruit and vegetables, breakfast items, toilet paper, paper towels, and oral care. Nourish 282's most requested bags are Tibetan, East Asian/Japanese and Middle Eastern.
Place items in your trunk or back of your vehicle. There is no need for you to get out, volunteers will remove items from your vehicle.
Nourish 282 also accepts donations made online.
