Surplus Equipment Sales

Surplus items may include but are not limited to:

• Technology equipment such as computers and tablets
• Classroom and office furniture
• Maintenance and custodial equipment
• Other materials no longer required for district use

Surplus items are sold through:

• Public online auction platforms
• In-person sales events hosted by the district

Details about available items, pricing, and sale procedures will be posted here when sales are scheduled.

• All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
• Sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
• Items must be picked up by the buyer within the timeframe specified for each sale.
• The district reserves the right to set minimum bids or prices in alignment with applicable policies and statutes.

Equipment sales are conducted in accordance with:

• Minnesota Statutes §123B.02, Subdivision 1
• Minnesota Statutes §123B.52, Subdivision 6
