Wellness Tri-Annual Assessment
Tri-annual assessment is an internal review of a school district's policy and related activities to assess progress on meeting goals and outline steps for areas needing improvement. It is required by the USDA that the internal assessment be completed at least once every three years. The assessment is usually undertaken by members of the school’s wellness committee.
