Skyward

There are two different portals used for Skyward. The Student Access allows students to access their grades and messages from teachers. Students have their own username and password.

The Family Access allows parents/guardians to view their child's grades and communication. Individual parent/guardians have their own log-in information.

On Skyward you can views your student's schedule, grades, attendance, fees and fee payment and lunch balances.

We want to make sure you receive all your student’s messages from our district!

To ensure your notifications are set up on a desktop or laptop
- Go to My Messages in the upper right hand corner
- Click Settings then click Subscribe to All Emails
To ensure your notifications are set up on the smart phone app
- Select the envelope icon at the bottom of the home screen
- Click Settings then click Subscribe to All Email

Payments can be made online through Skyward Family Access.

Select Fees and Fee Payment then Revtrak Payment System in the upper right corner of the screen.

You will need to create a new account that includes an email, password and other information for this secure payment system. If you sign into Revtrak from Skyward, your student's account will be automatically updated. There is a convenience fee added to all payments made in RevTrak.

To make a payment with cash or check

CASH: Please write the child’s name and amount on the outside of the envelope.

CHECK: Please make sure to include your child’s name and on the memo line of your check.

If your children attend the same school building the amount of the check can be divided among accounts. Be sure to note each child’s amount in the memo line of the check. If your children are at different schools, separate checks are needed.

Once a check has been returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be required to pay cash.

Where can I find them?

On a laptop or desktop: Family Access Home page appears after signing in.

On the phone app, please use the 4 digit security code, and then select Open in Browser.

Then the student tiles will appear in Family Access.
