Skyward

There are two different portals used for Skyward.

Student Access allows students to access their grades and messages from teachers. Students have their own username and password.
Family Access allows parents/guardians to view the following on their home page:
- Annual forms - Two annual forms are due for each student every school year.
- Attendance
- Assignments & Grading (grades 6-12 only)
- Fees & Fee Payments - Field trips, lab & testing fees
- Food Service Applications (Educational Benefits)
- Food Service - Food service balances & RevTrack online payment option
- Portfolio - Attachments from testing, progress reports, district letters
- Student Profile - Address & contact information
- Transportation - Route information

Paying Student Fees

Payments can be made online through Skyward Family Access.

Select Fees and Fee Payment then Revtrak Payment System in the upper right corner of the screen.

You will need to create a new account that includes an email, password and other information for this secure payment system. If you sign into Revtrak from Skyward, your student's account will be automatically updated. There is a convenience fee added to all payments made in RevTrak.

To make a payment with cash or check

CASH: Please write the child’s name and amount on the outside of the envelope.

CHECK: Please make sure to include your child’s name and on the memo line of your check.

If your children attend the same school building the amount of the check can be divided among accounts. Be sure to note each child’s amount in the memo line of the check. If your children are at different schools, separate checks are needed.

Once a check has been returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be required to pay cash.
