District Wellness Committee offering two flu shot clinics for families this fall
When: 3:45-7 p.m., on Sept. 30 and Oct. 26.
Where: Wilshire Park Elementary School (West gym, door 9, activities entrance).
- All St. Anthony-New Brighton families are invited to come.
- Flu shots are available for anyone ages three years and up, including adult family members.
- FluMist will be available.

- Parents/guardians can fill out the registration forms in advance by using the attached PDF.
- If you have insurance, your insurance will be billed.
- Flu shots are free if you do not have medical insurance.
