Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics
St. Anthony New Brighton Wellness Committee will be offering flu and COVID shots for families on two dates in October. They will be vaccinating those ages 6 months and older. Families can all get their flu/COVID shots together. Parents must accompany minors.
Vaccination clinics will be from 4-8:30 p.m. on the following dates at these locations:

St. Anthony Village High School on Tuesday, Oct. 1 (Commons) with Wellness Fair (or)

Wilshire Park Elementary on Wednesday, Oct. 9 (West Gym)

Reserve a spot for each family member.

The Informed Consent & Insurance form can be printed and completed prior to attending the clinic.

Forms will be available to complete at the clinic.

One form is required for each person getting vaccinated.
